WHEREAS, on Monday, April 3, 1995, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract to provide sodium bisulfite to be used by the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Wesken-Hall submitted a bid in the amount of$.9660 per gallon; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Wesken-Hall
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wesken-Hall for an annual contract to provide sodium bisulfite
for the Water Reclamation Plant in the amount of $.9660 per gallon be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
