BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter an annual contract with
Uretek USA, Inc. to provide undersealing and lifting services for the Public Works
Department, Streets and Drainage Division in the amount of $5.50 per pound. This
purchase is exempt from competitive bidding because it is available from only one source
due to exclusive patents.
