WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the purchase and installation of
telescopic gym seating for the Magnolia Park Activity Center; and,
WHEREAS, Hoover Brothers, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $10,067.50
each; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Hoover
Brothers, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Hoover Brothers, Inc. for the purchase and installation of
telescopic gym seating for the Magnolia park Activity Center in the amount of$10,067.50
each be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the oAV day of
1995.
