WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for an annual contract for fire uniforms with
prices firm for twelve (12) months to allow for additional purchases; and,
WHEREAS, Night's Uniform Company, Inc. submitted a bid as follows:
UNIT PRICE
Uniform Shirts, Short Sleeve $ 18.75
Uniform Shirts, Long Sleeve $ 20.75
Uniform Trousers $ 24.80
Officers Trousers $ 29.80
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Night's Uniform
Company, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Night's Uniform Company, Inc. for an annual contract for fire
uniforms with prices firm for twelve (12) months to allow for additional purchases at the
above stated prices be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day of
71995.
