WHEREAS, the claim of Charlene Busceme has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Charlene
Busceme in the amount of Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty 00/100 ($4,940.00)
Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
