WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Terry R. Rayner have donated a twenty foot (20')
Drainage Easement out of their property, a 0.686 acre tract in the D. Easley Survey,
Abstract 20 and out of and a part of Block 18 of the Beaumont Irrigation Company
Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is
of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the donation of Mr. and
Mrs. Terry R. Rayner of a twenty foot (20.0') easement out of their property, a 0.686 acre
tract in the D. Easley Survey, Abstract 20 and out of and a part of Block 18 of the
Beaumont Irrigation Company Subdivision as described in Exhibit "A".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
