WHEREAS, Construction Aggregates, Inc. has agreed to donate a twenty foot (20')
Drainage Easement to the City of Beaumont on the north property line of Lot 84, Block C
of the Beaumont improvement Company's Subdivision of their property at the end of
Bigner Road in the 6700 block, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easement and is
of the opinion that the donation of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement donated by Construction Aggregates, Inc. and the same is hereby,
in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /—t .day of
