WHEREAS, bids were received on March 13, 1995 for the repairing and repainting
the exterior of the 5,000,000 Gallon Steel Ground Reservoir located in Loeb, North of the
City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Diversified Coatings submitted a bid in the amount of$52,200.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Diversified
Coatings should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Diversified Coatings for the repairing and repainting of the
exterior of the 5,000,000 Gallon Steel Ground Reservoir located in Loeb, North of the City
of Beaumont in the amount of$52,200.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
