BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a six-month contract
with Browning Ferris Industries (B.F.I.) for curbside recycling collection every two weeks
in the amount of$25,500 per month and $135.00 per week per truck for the operation of
six manned drop-off sites..
