WHEREAS, sealed bids were received the Sale and Removal of Structures and
Improvements at the following locations:
4295 West Broadway
410 29th Street
430 29th Street
450 29th Street
470 29th Street
490 29th Street
WHEREAS, the following bids were submitted:
Location Donald Boucher Brystar Contracting
1. 4295 West Broadway -- $600.00
2. 410 29th Street $3,000.00 600.00
3. 430 29th Street 2,500.00 600.00
4. 450 29th Street 2,000.00 600.00
5. 470 29th Street -- 600.00
6. 490 29th Street -- 600.00
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Donald Boucher
for items 2, 3 and 4 should be accepted; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting for items 1, 5 and 6 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Donald Boucher and Brystar Contracting for the Sale and
Removal of Structures and Improvements at the above stated addresses at the above
stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
