The Tax Assessor Collector of the City of Beaumont, Nick Lampson, acting on
behalf of the City of Beaumont and Jefferson County is hereby authorized to sell the
property described as follows to the Beaumont Independent School District for $100.00:
E 90' Lot 5, 6 Block 15 Blanchette 2, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby waives and authorizes the
release of weed liens which have heretofore been placed on the above described property
by the City in the amount of$2,299.59.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL on this the Y day of
