WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the construction of the Liberty-Laurel
Phase II Project; and,
WHEREAS, Excavators and Constructors, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$5,541,628.82; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Excavators and
Constructors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Excavators and Constructors, Inc. for the construction of the
Liberty-Laurel Phase II Project in the amount of $5,541,628.82 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �day of
