WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for providing high quality printing services for
the Convention and Visitor's Bureau; and,
WHEREAS,Kay's Composition submitted a bid for 50,000 Comprehensive Brochures
totaling $41,396.50; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kay's
Composition should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kay's Composition for 50,000 Comprehensive Brochures for the
Convention and Visitor's Bureau in the amount of $41,396.50 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the, day of
