BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Contract
with the Texas Department of Transportation to help pay up to 50% of the City's share of
FY 1995 operating expenses for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
