WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the purchase of two (2) spotlights for the
Convention Facilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Olesen, a Division of Entertainment Resources, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $16,480; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Olesen, a
Division of Entertainment Resources, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Olesen, a Division of Entertainment Resources, Inc. for the
purchase of two (2) spotlights for the Convention Facilities Division in the amount of
$16,480 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
