WHEREAS, Ms. Maria Consuelo Williams has agreed to convey a Drainage
Easement to the City of Beaumont on her property on Patricia Road along the south
property line of Lot 14, Block 1 of the Ferguson Addition for the negotiated value of
$650.00, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purchase of said easement and is
of the opinion that the purchase of said easement of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement purchased from Ms. Maria Consuelo Williams and the same is hereby,
in all things accepted.
