WHEREAS, on Monday,January 30, 1995 sealed bids were received for replacement
of the built-up roofing system for the Beaumont Municipal Transit Facility; and,
WHEREAS, H. H. Sanders & Sons submitted a bid in the amount of $65,596; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by H. H. Sanders
& Sons should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by H. H. Sanders & Sons for replacement of the built-up roofing
system for the Beaumont Municipal Transit Facility in the amount of$65,596 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the4/z day of
1995.
