RESOLUTION NO. —
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make Community Development
Block Grant program amendments amounting to $385,000 to fund a "Housing Acquisition -
Charlton Pollard" activity category. The funds for this activity will be reallocated from the
following categories:
1. 1994 CDBG Program Housing New Construction $ 325,000
2. 1994 CDBG Program Public Facilities and Improvements 169000
3. 1992 CDBG Program Public Facilities and Improvements 44,000
Total CDBG Program Amendments $ 385,000
