WHEREAS, on Monday, December 27, 1994 sealed bids were received for
polyacrylamide cationic emulsion liquid polymer for the Water Reclamation Division of the
Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS,Kem-Tron, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$1.035 per pound; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kem-Tron, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kem-Tron, Inc. for polyacrylamide cationic emulsion liquid
polymer for the Water Reclamation Division of the Water Utilities Department in the
amount of $1.035 per pound be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7Zt day of
1995.
