WHEREAS, on January 17, 1995, bids were received for providing lease purchase
agreement for a fourteen unit nested T-hanger to be constructed at the Beaumont Municipal
Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Banc One Leasing Corporation submitted a bid for a seven (7) year
lease purchase agreement at a fixed interest rate of 6.89%; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Banc One
Leasing Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Banc One Leasing Corporation for a seven (7) year lease
purchase agreement for a fourteen unit nested T-hanger to be constructed at the Beaumont
Municipal Airport at a fixed interest rate of 6.89%be accepted by the City of Beaumont and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a lease purchase agreement for the T-
hanger.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
