WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the construction of T-hangers at the
Beaumont Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, E.T. Construction and Maintenance, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $313,650; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by E. T.
Construction and Maintenance, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by E. T. Construction and Maintenance, Inc. in the amount of
$313,650 for the construction of T-hangers at the Beaumont Municipal Airport be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the &, day of
