WHEREAS, on Monday, January 23, 1995, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of Super Engineer Grade stop sign faces for the Public Works Department,
Transportation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Amsign Corporation submitted a bid for 24" Super Engineering Grade
stop sign faces at $9.21 each and 30" Super Engineering Grade stop sign faces at $14.39
each; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Amsign
Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Amsign Corporation for 24" Super Engineering Grade stop sign
faces at $9.21 each and 30" Super Engineering Grade stop sign faces at $14.39 each for the
Public Works Department, Transportation Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7A. day of
1995.
