WHEREAS, Mrs. Ruby Mae Baten Taylor has agreed to convey a Drainage and
Utility Easement on her property at 5680 Calder for the negotiated value of $2,000.00 the
to the City of Beaumont, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purchase of said easement and is
of the opinion that the purchase of said easement of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement purchased from Mrs. Ruby Mae Baten Taylor and the same is hereby,
in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1995.
