WHEREAS,on Monday,December 12, 1994, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract for approximately fifty(50)personal computers and computer related hardware for
various City employees in various City departments; and,
WHEREAS, Cornerstone Computers and ABBA Computers submitted bids as
follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Cornerstone
Computers and ABBA Computers should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Cornerstone Computers and ABBA Computers in the above
stated amounts for the purchase of approximately fifty (50) personal computers and
computer related hardware for the City employees in various City departments be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
