BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Beaumont Regional Medical Center which includes The Pavillon and Physician
Hospital Organization (PHO) for health care services rendered to
employees/retirees/COBRA participants and/or their dependents an effective date of
February 13, 1995.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
