BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Southern Pacific
Transportation Company for the cost of upgrading railroad crossings on Liberty and Laurel
Avenues.
