WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to West Lucas Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to West Lucas Drive
be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 4: Lot 11, Block 2, Broadway Place Addition
430 29th Street
Owner: Mrs. Emily Clara Pankey
Appraised Value: $44,500.00
Less Improvements Retained 0.00
Total $44,500.00

Parcel 5: Lot 12, Block 2, Broadway Place Addition
Owner: Ms. Betty Jo Frazier
Appraised Value: $56,000.00

Total $55,994.00
