WHEREAS, four bids were received for the purchase of one (1) rubber track
excavator for the Water Utilities Department, Water and Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, Universal Tractor submitted a bid in the amount of $37,899; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Universal
Tractor should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Universal Tractor in the amount of$37,899 for one (1) Kubota
Model 101 RBU-2 rubber track excavator for the Water Utilities Department, Water and
Sewer Maintenance Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theo 4W day of
1995.
