WHEREAS, on Monday, January 3, 1995, sealed bids were received for the purchase
of one (1) sixty (60) ton air cooled liquid chiller for the Harvest Club; and,
WHEREAS, Cobb Air Conditioning submitted a bid in the amount of$27,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cobb Air
Conditioning should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cobb Air Conditioning in the amount of $27,000 for the
purchase of one (1) sixty (60) ton air cooled liquid chiller for the Harvest Club be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the;V4 day of
1995.
