WHEREAS, the claim of Cindy Cross has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of
Cindy Cross in the amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety and 88/100
($3,190.88) Dollars.
