RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Jefferson
County Drainage District No. 6 to participate on a 50150 basis for the construction of the
improvements to the drainage ditch crossings at Spurlock Road, Perl Road and Tolivar
Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1995.
