BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the investment policy of the City is hereby amended to allow the maximum length
to maturity of U. S. Treasury obligations to be one (1) year from date of purchase.
ASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
