WHEREAS, on December 7, 1994, bids were received for the Transit Maintenance
Facility Parking Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Russ Miller Construction Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $199,162.81; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Russ Miller
Construction Company, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Russ Miller Construction Company, Inc. for the construction
of the Transit Maintenance Facility Parking improvements in the amount of$199,162.81 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Russ Miller Construction Company, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the.�d-t,day of
