BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a Xerox 5765EDIT/200 Fiery
digital color copier/printer from the Xerox Corporation through the State of Texas
Catalogue Purchase Procedure in the amount of $63,450. The Catalogue Purchase
Procedure satisfies the State law requiring competitive bids. Funds for the purchase are
available in the 1995 Capital Reserve Fund.
