BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Public Housing Authority in an amount up to$100,000 to reimburse the Authority
for tenant relocation costs at the Neches Park Homes Housing Complex.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $100,000 of 1994 CDBG funds be and are hereby
reprogrammed for this project with the Beaumont Public Housing Authority.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 11994.
