WHEREAS, on Monday, November 14, 1993, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of an auto-chemistry system for the Water Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Curtin Matheson Scientific, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$20,525.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Curtin
Matheson Scientific, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Curtin Matheson Scientific, Inc. in the amount of$20,525.00 for
the purchase of an auto-chemistry system for the Water Reclamation Division be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the / day of
