WHEREAS, two bids were received for the demolition and removal of a dangerous
structure located at 600 Pine Street; and,
WHEREAS, Gissco-Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $20,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gissco-Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gissco-Inc. in the amount of$20,000.00 for the demolition and
removal of a dangerous structure located at 600 Pine Street be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6M day of
1994.
