RESOLUTION NO. 9-1- S
WHEREAS, two bids were received for the purchase of one (1) 1,500 gallon per
minute fire pumper truck for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$272,010.00 for
one (1) KME Fire Apparatus/Spartan chassis 1500 gpm fire pumper truck; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco Industries
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries, Inc. in the amount of $272,010.00 for the
purchase of one (1) KME Fire Apparatus/Spartan chassis 1500 gpm fire pumper truck for
the Fire Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �Ml day of
1994.
