WHEREAS, eleven bids were received for furnishing an annual contract for janitorial
services for City Hall, Police/Municipal Court Building,Beaumont Public Library and Tyrrell
Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, Omni Building Maintenance submitted a bid in the amount of
$103,500.00 annually; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Omni Building
Maintenance should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Omni Building Maintenance for an annual contract for janitorial
services for City Hall,Police/Municipal Court Building,Beaumont Public Library and Tyrrell
Historical Library in the amount of $103,500.00 annually be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
such services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
