RESOLUTION NO. �
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT THAT:
The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to open an account with Paine Webber
Inc. in the name of the City of Beaumont for the purpose of liquidating 46 shares of Pizza
Inn stock and one (1) share of Greyhound Busline common stock.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals will be authorized to act and
sign all documents on behalf of the City of Beaumont for the settlement of transactions
effected in this account:
Beverly Hodges
Kandy Daniel
Ray A. Riley
Sterling R. Pruitt
