BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to allow Prime Bank, located at
8255 Gladys as a collection agent and depository for Water Utility payments for the City of
Beaumont.
