RESOLUTION NO. c1 -30
WHEREAS, three bids were received for furnishing one (1) minivan for the
Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $16,449.00 for one
(1) 1994 Ford Aerostar Minivan; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of$16,449.00 for the purchase
of one (1) 1994 Aerostar Minivan for the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 674 day of
