WHEREAS, on November 7, 1994, bids were received for the construction of the
Water Service Line Replacement (Contract - III) in the South Park area; and,
WHEREAS, Brandon Mechanical & Electrical submitted a bid in the amount of
$99,200.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brandon
Mechanical & Electrical should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brandon Mechanical & Electrical for the construction of the
Water Service Line Replacement (Contract - III) in the South Park area in the amount of
$997200.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ?4,� day of
