BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a three year labor
contract with the Beaumont Firefighters' Local 399 for the period from October 1, 1994,
through September 30, 1997.
