RESOLUTION NO. -01
WHEREAS, on Monday, November 14, 1994, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of rectangular folding tables for the Convention Facilities Department and the
Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mity-Lite Tables submitted a bid in the amount of$125 each for eighty-
four (84) 30" x 72" folding tables and $135 each for fifty (50) 30" x 96" folding tables,
totalling $17,250; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Mity-Lite
Tables should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mity-Lite Tables for the purchase of rectangular folding tables
in the amount of $125 each for eighty-four (84) 30" x 72" folding tables and $135 each for
fifty (50) 30" x 96" totalling $17,250.00 for the Convention Facilities Department and the
Parks and Recreation Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
