RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS,two bids were received for furnishing equipment,labor,supervision, and
materials to install a bus wash/water reclamation system at the Beaumont Municipal Transit
System; and,
WHEREAS, Sherman Supersonic Industries Corporation submitted a bid in the
amount of $82,058.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sherman
Supersonic Industries Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sherman Supersonic Industries Corporation for furnishing
equipment, labor, supervision, and materials to install a bus wash/water reclamation system
at the Beaumont Municipal Transit System in the amount of$82,058.00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
