BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Jefferson County Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (JCCADA) in the amount of$50,000
from 1994 Community Development Block (CDBG) funds for the reconstruction of the
structure that is located at 3410-3440 Concord Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1994.
