WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Phil W. Meaux and Mrs. Sandra Spector have requested
that the City of Beaumont grant two (2) Licenses to Encroach for fences which are
encroaching into a sixteen foot utility easement at the rear of their residences located at
4865 and 4885 Bellechase Drive, properties described as Lots 14 and 15, Block 1 of
Bellechase Addition, Section One, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof for all purposes; and,
WHEREAS,it appears that it would be equitable to allow such encroachments at this
time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute two (2) Licenses to
Encroach with Mr. and Mrs. Phil W. Meaux and Mrs. Sandra Spector for fences which are
encroaching into a sixteen foot utility easement at the rear of the residences located at 4865
and 4885 Bellechase Drive, properties described as Lots 14 and 15, Block 1 of Bellechase
Addition, Section One as shown Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,&f day of
1994.
