BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Jefferson County Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (JCCADA) for a $325,000 loan from
Community Development Block (CDBG) funds for the acquisition and renovation of
property located at 3410-3440 Concord Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $325,000 of 1993 CDBG funds be and are hereby
reprogrammed for this project with the Jefferson County Council on Alcohol and Drug
Abuse (JCCADA).
