RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Land
Manor, Inc.for$87,775 in Community Development Block(CDBG)funds for the rebuilding
of Adams House.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $67,775 of 1993 CDBG funds be and are hereby
reprogrammed for this project with Land Manor, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the % day
of �-rn 1994.
